OSX：pyInstaller无法下载

对于我已安装的所有软件包，我已经使用

pip3 install [package name]，而且我没有任何问题。

对于PyInstaller，我会收到此错误消息

编辑：尝试使用pip3 install --no-cache-dir pyinstaller
